Dear guests, there is no bus route from our Villa to historic center but there is bus route from historic center to our property. It can look strange but this is because of specific traffic organization in Dubrovnik (a lot of one way roads). Regards,

There is treadmill, bench and combined machine for different exercises.

Hi do you need to have a car or is the villa easily accessible by bus/walking from centre of Dubrovnik.

Our Villa is 10 mins down the stairs and 15 mins upstairs from the Old City. We will not suggest the car as you can not (as per Order of the Municipality) park your car anywhere closer to the Old City. The bus no. 3 comes 50 meters far from our Villa

Dear guests, The pool is open until the first of November and it is heated ( 23 degrees Celcius) but if the outside temperature is low, and that can happen, the water will be colder than 23 degrees.

Amazing, Hot Break in Dubrovnik
Lovely little pool and sunbathing terrace. Spotlessly clean, well appointed apartment with air con and a balcony that has amazing views over the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Fort Lovrijenac and Lokrum Island.
The walled city of Dubrovnik is situated in the bay. It is accessed by either many steep sets of steps and sloping pavements or by bus or taxi. Walking down the steps is not too difficult, coming back up when it is very hot and very humid is a lot more taxing.

Great location for seeing the old town of Dubrovnik.
It was a great location. I drove there and it was easy to get to by car and then easy to walk to downtown Dubrovnik.
I should have stayed 1 more night.
